How do you guys operate? (How does it work?)
Our typical client is a corporate client or executive who comes to stay a short time period. They usually go out to their meetings during the day and come back home to rest at night. And when they are finished with their work, they fly back home. Then we have the property professionally cleaned and ready for the next person. Sometimes the property will be vacant weeks at a time.
Empty or not, we pay rent on time, all the time. (and, in many cases, ahead of time!)
Who signs the leases (guarantor) and owns your company?

My property is in an HOA, will you still rent from me?
So long as the HOA allows corporate or short term rentals, we’re interested!
Won't having short-term rentals like yours will leave a lot of wear and tear on my property?
Having a tenant like us actually leads to less wear and tear because our clients are corporate clients, and many times the property can go empty for several weeks at a time, as opposed to having someone live there full time. And in the rare chance that the property is damaged, in all instances, we’ll pay for any and all wear and tear under $500.
